Service requests
Submit a service request forms.
Natural persons who submitted an application for insolvency, the application (Cabinet of Ministers 2015 June 24, Regulations Regarding the Independence of Annex 88 1). Vendor who has submitted an application for insolvency proceedings, the application (Cabinet of Ministers 2015 June 24 to Regulation No. 88 1 of the Civil Law and Paragraphs 8 of the documents referred to, or documents referred to in Paragraph 9) or an administrator application (Cabinet of Ministers 2015 June 24 to Regulation No. 88 2 of the Civil Law, or 3 of the Civil Law and the documents referred to in Paragraph 17).
Deposit, which until Cabinet of Ministers on 2015 February 24 the date of entry into force of Regulation No 88 has joined the Cabinet of Ministers on 26 October 2010 of Regulation No 992 „Modalities for the lodging and paid to legal persons insolvency proceedings insolvency proceedings in a legal person” referred to in point 6.2 shall be paid a deposit cost basis for the Cabinet of Ministers on 26 October 2010 of Regulation No 992„ Modalities for the lodging and paid to legal persons insolvency proceedings insolvency proceedings in a legal person ”with the procedures specified by law.Receipt of services
